We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who would be able to work predominantly in our cold kitchen replicating starters or desserts under the instruction of our Head and Sous Chefs. 

Previous background in an AA accredited kitchen would be advantageous, but not essential. Background in working with fresh/seasonal produce essential with a decent understanding of pastry preferred. 

40 hour contract with potential for additional hours. £14-15/hour including service. Salaried position.
