Bar Supervisor
Applicants will be experienced bar tenders who wish to take the next step in their career. They will need to be competent in mixing cocktails and have strong Barista skills with an excellent knowledge of wine being essential. Key responsibilities include managing stock and paperwork as well as organising, training and motivating the bar team. Exemplary hosting skills are required.
Restaurant Supervisor
A fantastic opportunity for experienced waiters/waitresses who wish to take on additional responsibility and assist in the running of an extremely busy restaurant. Applicants need to be able to prepare the restaurant for corporate events and be knowledgeable of hygiene standards. Key responsibilities include being able to direct, train and organise the restaurant team. Applicants will possess extemporary hosting skills with good knowledge of menus, wine and drinks.
Restaurant Team Leader
A junior supervisor position. Applicants need to be able to train and direct waiters/waitresses and bar/food runners. Important to be able to work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor to anticipate and resolve problems.
Reception Supervisor
Applicants need to have excellent customer communication and IT skills and be able to competently use Res Diary. Good attention to detail is essential to ensure bookings are accurately made. Applicants will enjoy multitasking in a busy environment.

Hours for all positions are negotiable and job shares are feasible, however applicants are required to work most weekends and some late evenings. Although based at The Mount Vineyard, there may be additional duties at our sister enterprise, The Samuel Palmer.
